Loin Chops

Our thick pork loin chops come from our farm pigs raised right here on Klein Wolwas farm. With careful breeding, we can now boast beautiful marbling of fat running through the meat – the kind that melts as it cooks, basting the chop from the inside out for juicy, flavourful results every time.
