Leg Chops

Our pork leg chops are cut thick from the hind leg of our farm-raised pigs – a big, meaty chop with deep, honest pork flavour in every bite. Leaner than shoulder but still juicy when cooked right, these chops are perfect as Texan steaks! Also for braaiing, pan-frying, or slow-cooking until they fall apart (think pulled-pork slider).
